Job Summary:
The E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process within the E-commerce department. Key Responsibilities:

4. Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely product availability for order fulfillment.
5. Coordinate with the Shipping team to arrange timely and cost-effective shipping methods.
6. Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation for both domestic and international shipments.

9. Monitor and address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and product availability.
10. Identify and resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies, damages, and returns.
11. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service.
